Refund Policy

  1. No flat cancellations are allowed after the policy effective date.
  2. Policy fees are fully earned. Premiums and taxes are refunded as follows.
    1. Cancellation refunds requested by the Company are Pro-rata.
    2. Cancellation refunds requested by You or Finance Cos. are Short-rate.
  3. All refunds on financed policies will be sent to the finance company
  4. Refunds on policies paid in full will be sent to You.
  5. Refunds will be paid at the end of the accounting period in which the cancellation occurs.
